Life can make things harder, for a while or for good: illness, a disability, a bereavement, money worries, caring for someone. If anything makes Sonik Pocket harder for you to use, tell us and we will help where we can.
What you can ask us for
- A reply in plain words, with no jargon.
- More time. There is no rush to answer us.
- Help, step by step, with anything in the app.
- Someone you trust to write to us for you, if you tell us that is what you want.
You do not have to tell us why. Tell us only what you want us to know.

If money is tight
You do not have to add money to use Sonik Pocket. A mission can be rewarded in SP Points, which cost nothing, and your child swaps them for rewards that you set, such as choosing the film tonight.

These free services are not part of Sonik Pocket, and they can help with more than we can.
